Federal Bureau Of Investigation
In Mosiah 9:15 it says " Yea, and it came to pass that they fled, all that they fled, all that were not overtaken, even in the city of Nephi, and did call upon for protection."
The Dictionary Of Cultural Literacy explains The Federal Bureau of Investigation as " An agency of the United States federal government, long headed by J. Edgar Hoover, which investigates violations of federal (rather than state or local) laws, including kidnaping, smuggling narcotics, and espionage."
The Federal Bureau of investigation also known as the FBI is responsible for conducting federal investigations, except for when other agencies of the federal government have been delegated to do the job.
The FBI was founded in 1908 by the then attorney general Charles J. Bonaparte. The FBI now currently has the largest staff of employees including 6,000-7,000 special agents who perform the professional investigative work, for the protection of the United States of America.
